可园：清末大学士文煜的住宅和花园，被认为是晚清北京私家园林中最有艺术价值的花园    路北7号至15号（单号）院，原是一组大建筑群，是清末大学士文煜的住宅和花园。五院并联，占地达11000平方米。文煜是清满洲正蓝旗人，曾历任四川按察使、山东巡抚、直隶总督等要职，光绪10年拜武英殿大学士。他积累了大量的财富，精心修筑了自己的住宅和花园。花园落成于1861年，名“可园”，约占地4亩，虽然不很大，但疏朗有致，被认为是晚清北京私家园林中最有艺术价值的花园。     现已被列入国家级重点文物保护单位，但一直没有对外开放。好几个人围在院门前议论：恭王府花园都开放好几年了，可园何时才能对外开放，让大家欣赏一下其“庐山真面目”。     这座宅院也是几易其主，历经沧桑。北洋政府时，袁     世凯死后，冯国璋代理大总统，由南京来北京就任时买下了这座宅院。日本占领北平时，冯家将这所房屋卖给伪军司令张兰峰。解放后，9至11号院曾做过朝鲜驻华大使馆，后来又改做招待所和单位宿舍。虽几经变化，但这片住宅始终保存尚好，总体格局没有大的改动。     ■路北35号、37号院，是末代皇后婉容的娘家     再往西走，路北35号、37号院，是郭博勒氏的家。说郭博勒氏可能知道的人不多，通俗点说，就是末代皇帝宣统的皇后婉容的娘家，用清代的说法，应称为“后邸”。宣统大婚时，已是民国11年，但还是履行民国初年所颁布的优待清皇室条件，所以对这所“后邸”花了许多钱，大加修缮。婉容的父亲荣源，由于女儿“册后”，后父按礼制被封为“三等承恩公”，这所府邸又成为承恩公府，更要大加改建，以合乎府第规格。比如将原来一间的院门，改为三间的府门，内外影壁、左右屏门都重新修建。     现在看到的房子，三间府门，已经砌墙变为三间住人的倒座房。在七间南房的后檐墙，开了两个门，成为现在的35号、37号。     从一些资料上看，再往西45号，是清提督衙门。我满怀兴趣往前走，可再没有看到什么像衙门的建筑。突然看到45号的门牌，里面却是一片像上世纪七八十年代修的六层宿舍楼，临街竟有一栋高达十多层。我心里一凉，这可能是这一街区唯一的一座高层建筑，就像一首优美的乐曲中，突然出现了一个不和谐音。     特别应该提到，我国的文物专家和清史专家，被称为文物界“国宝”的朱家溍先生，在帽儿胡同13、15号，35、37号和炒豆胡同71号院都住过，对这些府邸都有过详细的描述。幼年他住在13号、15号院时，还亲眼看到过“后邸”的修缮、改建。朱先生是故宫博物院研究员、国家文物鉴定委员会委员，他对北京的史地、文物、民俗等，都有极为深入的研究。他于2003年9月29日逝世，确实是我国学术文化界的一大损失。
