诸葛八卦村布局精巧玄妙，从高空俯视，全村呈八卦形，房屋、街巷的分布走向恰好与历史上写的诸葛亮九宫八卦阵暗合。九宫八卦构思，精心设计了整个八卦村的布局：以钟池为核心，八条小巷向外辐射，形成内八卦；妙的是村外刚好有八座小山，形成环抱之势，构成外八卦。村内房屋分布在八条小巷，虽然历经几百年岁月，人丁兴旺，屋子越盖越多，但是九宫八卦的总体布局一直不变。据说，这是中国第一座八卦布局的村庄。整个村子就是一个巨大的活文物，是中国古村庄与古民居完整保留的典范。来到这个奇村，你闭上眼睛随便一指，都会指到一座百年以上的屋子。 　　目前，村内的明清两代房屋多达200余所，其中大小厅堂18座，庙宇四座，石牌坊三座，花园别墅两座，这些古建筑中，最重要的要算大公堂与丞相祠堂，大公堂建于近600年前，那是江南唯一的武侯（诸葛亮死后谥忠武侯）纪念堂。丞相祠堂始建于明代万历年间（距今约400年），那是诸葛氏族的总祠。 　　此外，村内的大经堂（中医药展览馆）、生草药园、民俗展览室等，都能令你开眼界、长知识。 　　诸葛八卦村每年有两个最重要的日子，那就是农历四月十四日诸葛亮的诞辰，及八月二十八日诸葛亮的忌日，在这两个大日子，全村人都要参加隆重的祭祖大典，配合大典还要举办热火朝天的庙会及请戏班来演戏。 村中建筑各家各户，面面相对，背背相依，巷道纵横，似通却闭。外人贸然进村，如果没有熟人带路，往往进得出不得。据说，曾有盗贼混入，找不到出路，结果束手就擒。 如果你以旅客身分进村，有诸葛亮的后代给你引路（村里的导游都是诸葛族人），你放心就是。 上海开车来诸葛八卦村大约需要4个半—5个小时，走沪杭转杭金衢高速，在第20个出口游埠下高速。建议安排两天的行程，不然比较辛苦。 在诸葛村漫步，等于在明清两代的村庄小镇游览，那种时空错位的感觉非常奇妙，老觉得自己似乎生活在几百年前，老是有个挥不去的幻觉：眼前这位头戴毡帽，身穿棉袄的老人，不就是明清小说戏曲中的人物吗？ 村里有很多用餐饭店，价格都很实惠，而且你可以品尝到新鲜正宗的野味、土菜，可以购买到诸葛孔明先生常用的羽毛扇，这种夏日里很适用的扇子是由鹅毛或雕毛制成。益智而有趣的孔明锁，只是简单的木条却被组合出几十种契合方法，拆之不易，装成则更难。上塘边的绣纺里能买到当场绣出的绣品。精雕细刻的木雕工艺品玲琅满目，都出自店家主人之手。好文者可以带回不少优秀的书法作品。 印象深的是，那里的民风质朴，每个看似普通的百姓身后都是一段充满故事的历史；那里的古民居简直就是木雕艺术作品；村子的结构独特，真的会象传说中那样随时迷路 诸葛八卦村门票58元一张 周边有大慈岩、龙舟漂流、龙游石窟等景区
