		<description><![CDATA[林涧 : 当开发商归隐田园 企业家光鲜背后，是常人难以体会的焦虑不安。 文/张子缘 图/王建新 他决心逃离朝九晚五的刻板生活，开始为自己打工。林涧联合北京市振海农 工商总公司、中国新兴建设开发总公司共 同创立了北京万柳新兴房地产开发有限公 司，担任董事总经理。 时至今日，很多房地产业界人士还会 记得因一只甲虫而名噪一时的“左岸工社” 写字楼。这是林涧亲自操刀的作品，在北 京房地产市场上颇具争议。也因此，他和 他的企业频频出现在北京各大报章版面与 电视台的荧幕上。 一出生就风华正茂，是人们对曾经房 地产少帅的评价。那时的林涧正沉浸在丰收的 喜悦中，很享受手下和朋友叫他“强人”“、超人”。 对于这段日子，现在的林涧已经不愿多谈。 在房地产秩序初定的时代里，在京城做一个开 发商需要照顾多少情面，需要在商场如何腾挪 转移的情形已经是后来者无法想象的了。 林涧笑称 ：“我和我们那一代人的经历有太 多的相似之处。不同的是，有人更成功，有人 成功后更失败。当然也有人一直是年轻人成功 的楷模。如今重回这个行业对工作的感悟会更 实在，心态上更从容，量力而行、不强求。鲜 花与掌声不再是唯一的目标”。 他说， 过去10年，房地产业太虚荣，钱来得太容易。那时自己也很轻飘飘，觉得鲜花、 掌声以及触手可及的财富才是生活的一切。 出乎身边朋友意料的是，林涧鲜花着锦、 烈火烹油的日子会戛然而止。创业 5 年后，那 个不掩得意狷狂、习惯在巅峰上享受人生的林涧，从北京的房地产市场消失了，一去不知归期。 上山 他的身体已经不能再承担繁忙的工作，开始罢工。 去医院检查颈椎时，医生甚至问他是否出 过车祸。那一刻他才惊醒，看似风光的职业已 经严重透支了他的身体。另一个原因是当公司发展到新的阶段后， 股东间发生了一些分岐。身心俱疲的林涧选择 了放手，他住进了医院两个月的住院治疗并没有解决林涧的问题。 他决定四处求医，既是缓解颈椎病带来的疼痛， 也试图使自己停一停，想一想。 他先远去西南，在重庆的缙云山清修（李一的通电绝活儿啥的，也都尝试过）。后来经朋 友介绍，来到粤北乡村一处偏僻乡居小住。在 这里他结识了一位当地和尚，大家聊得比较投 缘。在和尚朋友的邀请下，他去了寺庙居住。 言谈间，和尚知道了他的问题所在，建议 他在上山洞穴闭关修行，或许能对心理与生理 上的疾病能有所帮助。 闭关，这只有武侠小说里才出现的词语如 今要在林涧身上实现。他自己都有些不相信将要迎来的生活 ：去修行前，要先做好三个月的 [...]]]></description>
