Drum tower and Nanluoguxiang area(Beijing,china) is hot and popular! Just google it, you will see thousands of results, news and pictures.  It is so different. The old buildings and the local relax lifestyle, the boutique shops, and of course, the food.

My home is just close to the Nanluoguxiang Hutong, there is a special bar with local managment is also not far from my home, called Hutong’er Bar(胡同儿吧), maybe only 5 minutes on walk. The food is delicious, and they have over 20 type of beers.  The Russian Beer, the Chile Beer,  the Germany Beer, and TsingDao Beer.

You see, all in Chinese, so it is little bit difficult for you to find it. anyway, you can use it before Sep 20th. almost forget to tell, the food are western food, I think it belong to the Continental style. the most popular food is Steak with rice, only 38 rmb. How to find it: first find the Nanluoguxiang, then close to the north entrance, you will find the Ju’er Hutong(菊儿胡同 Lotus Hutong), the very famous Ju‘er Community in the same Hutong.  No. 105 in the Ju’er hutong, you will find the Hutong’er Bar.
