China Travel 2.0

It was a busy Sunday morning; we went to Beijing Normal University [北京师范大学] to attend a class with Professor Zhao of the Organizational Behavior Research department. Professor Zhao is very knowledgeable and he has earned the respect of his students.
When the class was over, we were surprised with the first snowfall of the winter in Beijing. I was very excited. My classmate Congcong loaned me, his digital camera. Along with another class, Ming, we wanted to take pictures at Shichahai. I have several close friends in CongCong, Ming and LaoLiao. We are all classmates at Beijng Normal University[北京师范大学]. We have a lot in common. We all study and work very hard to strive for a better life.
I was born in Chongqing, in South china. I’ve studied and worked in Beijing for more than 10 years. I’ve experienced snowfall many times, but I’ always become excited with the first snowfall of the winter season. When winter arrives I’m happy as I can think of wishes for New Year.
We started our bicycle trip from Beijing Normal University, and we biked south to the Shichahai什刹海area . Once there, we started to take pictures. The weather was very cold but we could not help but smile at the sight of the scenery of pure white snow.
It’s was nice snow covered boats with their red lanterns, floating on the lake. In the middle of winter, the lake will become frozen, and the boats will be covered with thick snow.
The Drum and Bell Towers are there, awesome and quiet with snow.

They are there, with a long history. I shoot them with a tender heart. Ming watched carefully for the traffic for me, and gave me the instructions of how to shoot. I enjoyed the snow and the time with him. We smiled, we turned around, and we know he is the person we can all turn to.
