1) good trasnportation
close to Subway No 1 and 5, with the No 1 and 5 subway, you can goto anywhere almost in Beijing with only 2 rmb. and close to the airport. the Dongzhimen area is one of the best locations to airport. you can take the shutle bus or express subway, while the shutle bus cost 16 rmb,and the express subway will cost 25rmb. only about 5 minutes at most on walk to any stations.

2) good for Chinese food.
Just close to the famous 7-days-24-hours Chinese food street-Guijie(簋街, Food Street), you can try any kind of Chinese food there, from spicy food to Cantonese food, and you can eat everything there, from frog to rabbit, ofcourse including shrimp and chicken and Peking duck. only about 3 minutes at most on walk.

3) good for sight seeing
the place just close to the Lama temple and not far from the forbidden city, close to Houhai park as well. especially best for Lama temple. while,the lama temple is one of the must-see places in Beijing. not only for the Tibet buddhism, but also for the history, you know, the Lama temple was the palace of a former Empror of Qing Dynasty, but after the death, his palace became to a temple, a place for Tibetan buddha.
