Organic food（or organic farming） is becoming popular and popular in china now. especially in the big cities, such as Beijing. Although the concept is mostly come from US or Japan. actually the concept was created by Rudolf Steiner from German. and the NGOs introduced it into China first time. such as green-web, and they even publish some materials about the organic agriculture.（you can download the PDF format,worth to read). FON, and they publish their newsletter with some materials about the organic farming.
but,in our mind,the organic farming is still far away from us. today, we have a chance to experince it. the Green Cow.
even there are very few farms or fields in the city. and there are very few farmers either. but we can still have a chance to see the cow.
