Day 1     Shanghai——Yinchuan by air
·Pickup from Hedong airport in Yinchuan, Guide speaks English, to hotel
·Tour Ningxia Museum，take a glips of Xixia cultural and historical。
·to Yuhuangge after dinner, have a cup of tea and enjoy shadow play there。

Day 2    Yinchuan-rock Painting in Helan MT-Twin-tower in Baisikou-Xixia Tomb-Bayan hot(巴彦浩特)

•breakfast in the hotel。

•Rock Painting in Helan Mt(one of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity) by car-twin-tower.

•Xixia tomb after lunch

•arrive at Bayan hot where is the capital of Alxa,then hotel，

•tour in Alxa,the old Alxa Wangfu(built in Qing Kangxi dynasty)

•dinner in Alxa。

Day 3    Bayan hot—Temple in South Mt Helan-Bayan hot

·breakfast in Hotel

·goto South Temple by bicycle, and climb the Mt Helan’s 2^nd Peak which is 3286 meters high,named巴音笋布尔峰。

·tour South Temple,which is the famous Tibetan style，

·back to Bayan Hot by bicycle,dinner in hotel

Day 4    Bayan hot-通古勒格淖尔（乡）-Swan late-Bayan hot

·breakfast in hotel

·goto desert of Tengger Desert(腾格里沙漠), walk in desert for 12 km. Entering to the Swan lake.then taking photoes

·back from desert of Tengger Desert(腾格里沙漠) by car.to Bayan Hot city.

·dinner

Day 5    Bayan hot—Moon late—Naren lake—Moon lake

·breakfast in hotel

·goto Tengger Desert(腾格里沙漠) campsite by jeep—Moon lake.

·photoing in moon lake. Goto Naren lake by camel. Visit a native Mogolia resident.

·back to moon lake in the afternoon by camel. Riding horse around the lake.

·dinner。

Day 6      Moon lake—yinchuan—Shanghai

·breakfast in Moon lake

·photoing. Goto Yinchuan airport from Tengger Desert(腾格里沙漠)by car.

·fly to Shanghai

 Rates：12000RMB/person（including transportation,tickets,accomodation,food,horse and camel riding,guide,service fee,etc） Swan Lake:in the desert of Tengger Desert(腾格里沙漠), 35 kilometers east to Bayan hot city. the lake area is about 3.2 square kilometers.
