北京规定宾馆等场所年内全部放置安全套

本报讯 (记者李秋萌) 昨天，市卫生局、市旅游局开始在全市推行使用安全套工作。年底前，全市所有公共场所将全部放置安全套，以有效阻断艾滋病经性途径传播。
市卫生局有关负责人介绍，今年5月底前，三星级以上宾馆、饭店、酒店、旅店、度假村的客房卫生间内要全部摆放安全套。
年底前，各类宾馆、饭店、酒店、旅店、度假村的客房卫生间内安全套摆放率及歌舞厅、夜总会、浴池等娱乐场所内的自动售套机安装率都要达到100%，有客房的场所安全套客房摆放率及全市大中型建筑工地(500人以上)自动售套机安装率达到100%。
截至今年4月30日，全市累计报告5219例艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人，其中569人为艾滋病人，流行范围涉及全市18个区县。
市卫生局相关负责人表示，性传播是造成疫情加速扩散的一个重要原因，性传播的比例远远超过了其他传播途径所占比例，全面推行安全套使用工作已刻不容缓。
本市将通过市场营销、免费发放等方式，为歌舞厅、夜总会、浴池等娱乐场所的性活跃人群、艾滋病病毒感染者、病人及其配偶等提供安全套。
