Day by Day Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Wuhan
Our guide will pick you up at Wuhan airport. Visit the Hubei Provincial Museum if time permits. Board the deluxe German-made cruise ship. (D)

Day 02: Sailing
Full day is sailing. (B+L+D)
Day 03: Sandouping
Visit the Three Gorges Dam Project. (B+L+D)
Day 04: Badong (Shennong Stream)
Disembark at Badong for an excursion to the Shennong Stream. The trip features natural beauty and an exciting boat ride drifting along the crystal stream. The pea boat allows you to experience a speedy adventure and have a close look at mossy rocks, verdant plants, plank roads, ancient coffins and precious animals. And you will be deeply impressed by the unique songs of the local Tujia people. Later you will pass the Wu Gorge with its famous lofty and misty peaks. Around 16:00 you’ll enter the last but grandest gorge- the Qutang Gorge. The river guide will talk about historic sites like Ancient Plank Road, Mengliang Stairway and the mysterious hanging coffins of the ancient Ba people. (B+L+D)
Day 05: Wanxian
Cruise through the mountains of Eastern Sichuan. It is the last part of your memorial Yangtze cruise. Disembark this morning for an excursion to Wanxian, an ancient town on the riverbank. A bus tour takes you around the town with minimal walking. A local acrobatic performance is included. Back on board at noon and continue the cruise viewing the beautiful landscape in the afternoon. You can participate in culture programs this afternoon. A Farewell Party tonight invites you to perform dancing or musical instruments with the cruise staff. (B+L+D)
Day 06: Departure from Chongqing
After breakfast you can relax and pack your bags with leisure. Complete check-out procedures before lunch and disembark afterwards. The estimated arrival in Chongqing is 10:00. Our local guide will get on board to meet you. Then the city tour to visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo and Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell if time permits. See off. (B+L)
