www.google.com changed the logo for Earthday today.
Today is the 39th Earth day. The theme for this year is–Call for Climate. It is not a slogan,but it need everyone’s effort. It is not that difficult if everyone of us join the action.
1, Practise Taiji quan every day. dont say you cant,just do it. It is the best and samplest kind of physical exercise method in the world. You can learn it everywhere in the earth. If you are in Beijing,thats easy,goto every parks or squares. you will find one.
2,No meat,Eat only vegetables.
3,Order less,dont waste rice and dishes.
4,Stop throwaways.
5,Walking more,lift less.
6,More bus,less car.
谁说你不能改变世界,特别是在4月22日国际性地球日的纪念日子里,你选择如何行动呢?
一、练太极拳。太极拳是最环保的健身方式,而且能够增强体质,不需要花费任何场地费,器材费等。
二、吃素一天。(畜牧业消耗大量的谷、豆类,也消耗大量珍贵的水;为了放牧牛只及饲养
猪只,牺牲原始森林,造成温室效应。)
三、少吃(在家烹煮、外食分量恰到好处,吃不完打包回家)
四、拒用保丽龙,并要求自助餐店或coffee shop使用纸杯(宝丽龙是一种致癌物质,它同时破坏保护地球的臭氧层。喝咖啡的保丽龙杯子、自助餐盘子,几百年後还是垃圾,继续污染环境)。
五、拒绝购买高山茶、高冷蔬菜,走楼梯,不搭电梯。住在大楼者,无论在办公室、或家里,若您不赶时间,不妨试试安步当车,试试不搭电梯,改走楼梯,既节省能源,又可运动健身。
六,出门多走路、骑自行车、利用大众运输系统、少开车和骑摩托车。
