The Taoyuan or Peach Blossom Hotel (Taoyuan binguan), located in the Huangshan hot spring scenic area, is an ideal place for those who want to stay near the mountain, with both a lower cost and more secluded atmosphere. The hotel is actually between the main gate of the mountain park and the beginning of the western steps. The hot springs are a welcome relief for those returning from a day or more of climbing, although you will most probably miss out on the sunrise from here, unless you wake up early. The hotel boasts a total of 141 rooms and suites, ranging from standard doubles to deluxe suites. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, IDD telephone, satellite television, safety boxe and mini bar. The hotel business center provides secretarial service and tour services such as cable car ticket reservation and guides. The conference room, with a capacity of 200 people, is available. For recreation, there is a gymnasium, a dancing hall, a billiards room and a sauna. The hotel is also the best for dining in the area, serving Chinese and French food.
